The four (4) most important basic requirements to join Expatriate Counseling Franchise are:

1. Have Expatriate experience; worked, lived and studied in another country then your own country of birth.
2. Being able to communicate (speak/listen/write) in at least two languages. Native tongue plus other language.
3. Educated in any of the following fields; Coaching, Counseling, therapy, Psychology, Reiki, Touch for health, Hypnotherapy, NLP, acupuncture, acupressure, energy and body work or any other form of (Alternative) service that works with restoring the balance between Mind, Body and Spirit AND have at least 2 years relevant work experience!
4. Must be service oriented! If you are a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 kind of person then Expatriate Counseling is DEFINELTLY not for you.
